Background
Attorney Huang was born and educated in China before moving to the United States. She earned a B.A. in law from Nanjing University and a J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, then practiced civil litigation at the Law Office of Bruce Hudson. She has represented individuals, families, professionals and employers in family-based and employment-based green cards, work visas and citizenship applications. She has also helped many businesses from the U.S. and abroad establish Delaware companies, and she has tried cases in Delaware courts.
